Check valves like you have never seen before...

Check-All Valve Mfg. Co. engineers and manufactures spring loaded, piston type check valves in either insert type or full body, sizes 1/8 to 20 inch. Materials available are 316 SS, Brass, Plastic, and Superalloys. Other features are metal-to-metal or soft seats, various cracking pressures and full vacuum to 10,000 psi rating. Many alloy valve components are in stock for quick delivery, for example; Hastelloy bodies, Kalrez seats and Teflon encapsulated springs.

FIV - Flange Insert Valve Flange Insert Valve

Unique models include the FIV - flange insert valve - which can be inserted between two mating ANSI flanges. The FIV is available in sizes ½” to 20”. This eliminates the space requirement for a check valve housing and permits easy addition of a check valve to an existing system.

UIV - Union Insert ValveUnion Insert Valve

This model is designed for easy insertion into most ground joint unions. It provides the simplest and most economical way to install a check valve in a threaded pipe system. Each UIV is furnished with a metal tag to be attached to the union to provide a permanent record that the union contains a check valve. Sizes available up to 2”.

BU - Bushing Valve

Bushing ValveAs the model BU is a check valve in a standard bushing, it allows usage of this model as a vacuum breaker. The high flow rate insures maximum effectiveness as it offers very little restriction hence a low pressure drop. If flow direction is reversed it can serve as a low pressure relief valve. Sizes available are ½” to 3”.

UN - 3 Universal Low and High Pressure Universal Low/High Pressure Valve

UN units feature a one-piece body machined from bar stock. The valves are light, compact and designed for minimum pressure drop. They provide maintenance free dependable service. Sizes range from 3/8” to 4” for low pressure and 3/8” to 11/2” for the high pressure. The high-pressure UN units are rated to 10,000 psi while the 3/8” to 3” are for up to 3000 psi and the 4” is for 1500 psi.

Many other series are available which means we can select and apply check valves for practically every service application.
